Spoke to Mr Ridley at Number 7 Filbert Close.
The path that runs down the side of his house the hedge
is cut, but only upto a certain height, I guess about 8ft. But then if
overhangs. Its only maybe another 2 foot tall, they were wondering if it could
be cut back all the way up?
The hedge and grass has been cut and looks neat except
this overhang. If its not policy to cut these overhangs could you let me know
so I can report back
