It's definitely 10am and I think it might be 5pm in the evening for
deliveries only. Bikes can go through before 10 or after 5.

Hi Paul had a query on the cross pedestrian area one lady I
called by the other day (Mrs Muff 37 The Richmonds) said that often there
seemed to be vans driving up and down it, I asked her what time and she
suggested that 10am she often saw them. Is there a time restriction on
vehicle access or would we expect the vans to be there during the day?
